Do you have questions about mushroom coffee? We don't blame you, we would too. That's why we believe in total transparency about our coffee.
---
Our premium custom-blend espresso roast coffee is mixed with six medicinal mushrooms that promote intense focus, boost the nutritional content, and promote overall wellness, all without sacrificing the smooth bold taste of our coffee. In fact, you won't even notice them in there. So, let's meet the mushrooms:
Cordyceps
Cordyceps has long been used in traditional Chinese medicine but has recently made a name for itself in the sports nutrition world as a natural physical and mental performance enhancer. Cordyceps has been shown to improve O2 uptake in athletes, allowing them to train longer, prevent fatigue, and recover faster.
Lion's Mane
Lion's Mane is a powerful nootropic mushroom that has been shown to stimulate neuropeptide production. Neuropeptides are small, protein-like molecules used by neurons to process and transmit information. Lion's Mane may also help improve memory as a neuroprotective agent and improve mental clarity.
Shiitake
Shiitake mushrooms are high in several water-soluble B-vitamins and Vitamin D to promote stimulant-free energy and reduce mental cloudiness.
Chaga
Chaga, also known as "The King of Medicinal Mushrooms", contains potent antioxidants to combat stress and inflammation. Chaga mushrooms may also help regulate blood sugar levels, preventing crashes and promoting long-lasting focus.
Reishi
Reishi, also called "Shingzhi" or "The Mushroom of Immortality", promotes relaxation, prevents anxiety, and boosts the immune system. We use Reishi to smooth out the effects of caffeine and balance the intense focus with an overall sense of wellbeing.
Turkey Tail
Turkey Tail contains prebiotic compounds for improved gut health, immune system support, and combat disease. We use Turkey Tail mushrooms as an immune system booster to combat stress.
