This winter, it's all about this peppermint mocha latte. It's SO easy to make and chock-full of superfood ingredients like our signature mushroom blend for better focus, energy, and mental clarity. Here's what you need:
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of NeuRoast Classic or Decaf mushroom coffee (brewed)
- 2 tablespoons of coffee creamer
- A splash of milk (roughly 2 tablespoons)
- Plant-based alternatives: coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk, soy milk
- 1 ounce of melted dark chocolate (75%+)
- 1 teaspoon of peppermint oil
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Brew 8 ounces of NeuRoast Classic or Decaf mushroom coffee in a French press or traditional coffee maker. We like to do 2 tablespoons per 8 ounces of water for a bold cup, but feel free to adjust as you'd like.
- Pour coffee in a blender or a large mug. For best results, we recommend blending or using a handheld frother for a perfectly even and frothy latte.
- Add NeuRoast Coffee Creamer for an added boost of adaptogens and cacao for antioxidants.
- 1 teaspoon of peppermint oil
- Add a splash of milk
- Drizzle in melted dark chocolate. We prefer 75%+ dark chocolate for extra rich chocolate without as much sugar.
- Add brown sugar to sweeten as you'd like. Feel free to use your preferred sweetener of choice or no sweetener here.
- Blend for 15-20 seconds
- Serve
